Silosolve FC is a unique, dual-action inoculant that improves the aerobic stability of dry matter and forages and dry matter recovery. University trials show increased aerobic stability for up to 30 days. Dry matter recovery improved by an average of 3.5% when compared to untreated silages. Acetic acid production was observed with Silosolve FC on day 2 of ensiling maize silage. In alfalfa silage, aerobic stability was improved by 13 days.
