Virginia Wildrye

Virginia Wild Rye is a short-lived perennial that has a less showy head than Canada Wildrye. It grows best in cool soil temperatures in spring and fall. It is a fast-growing grass that works well for erosion control and thrives in moist soils. Works well in full or partially shaded areas. Blooms in July and August.
