Schedonorus arundinaceus

Houndog 8

Houndog 8

Houndog 8 Turf-Type Tall Fescue demonstrates superior turf performance in all climate zones. It performs well even under drought stress and is resistant to heat, humidity and brown patch. Houndog 8 features high density and aggressive tillering for excellent wear tolerance and fast recovery. Minimal inputs are required due to its naturally deep green color. High levels of endophyte provide resistance to surface insects and some nematodes, and contributes to biotic and abiotic stress tolerance, improved seedling establishment and reduced weed invasion.
