Phleum pratense

Zenyatta

Zenyatta

Zenyatta is very suitable for general pasture mixes and horse pasture mixes. It can be combined with alfalfa in three or two cut systems. In the high value horse hay and the export timothy markets, Zenyatta outpaces the competition. Zenyatta’s consistent dark green color, minimal brown leaf problems, good standability and long seed head contributes to a high visual score. This along with high tonnage bring in top dollars for the hay producer and reseller. Excellent regrowth facilitates a profitable second cut.
