Lolium perenne

Mckinley
McKinley is a diploid annual ryegrass from DLF’s “K-generation” varieties: US genetics crossed with cold tolerant lines, then selected at DLF’s Kentucky and Oregon Research stations. The KY location provides exposure to sudden low temperatures without snow cover, the OR location the necessary seed production characteristics.
