Dactylis glomerata

Captur

Captur

Captur is a late-maturing orchardgrass variety with a good seasonal growth pattern and forage yield. Captur's excellent disease resistance and strong winter hardiness give it a long stand life and good density. The winter hardiness is good compared to other late-maturing varieties. It has excellent resistance to rust, a disease that can significantly lower the forage palatability. Captur is an excellent choice for mixtures with alfalfa. The maturity is similar to the flowering dates of alfalfa, which can result in much higher forage quality than the earlier maturing varieties.
