With a fall dormancy rating of 4.0 and winter survival rating of 2.0, 54HG25 demonstrates robust disease resistance, including high resistance (HR) to Phytophthora Root Rot, Verticillium Wilt, Anthracnose, Bacterial Wilt, Fusarium Wilt, and both races of Aphanomyces. It also features moderate resistance (MR) to Pea Aphid and resistance (R) to Blue Aphid, Spotted Alfalfa Aphid, and Stem Nematode.
