TRIFOLIUM ALEXANDRINUM

Berseem Annual White Clover
Berseem annual white clover is planted for wildlife food plots, livestock grazing, and cover crop plantings. Berseem is considered a cool season, annual legume that is commonly grown in the winter months in the south and the summer months in the north. It is known for its vigorous forage growth, and can produce up to 8 tons of forage under ideal conditions. Its ability to produce a large amount of nitrogen makes it a useful cover crop, but it is frost sensitive and will winterkill in colder regions.
