AFX 470 Hi-Gest Alfalfa is designed to have improved fiber digestibility, excellent disease resistance and superior winter survival. It provides harvest flexibility with a 5-8% higher leaf to stem ratio and higher crude protein than other conventional bred varieties allowing producer to harvest at normal cutting schedule for higher quality or delay harvest up to 7 days to increase potential yield.
